VitaminDB is operated by AI MONACO, a sole-trader enterprise (exploitation directe) registered in the Principality of Monaco under RCI 25P10827, at C/o CATS, Le Forum, 28 Boulevard Princesse Charlotte, 98000 Monaco. Working hours
Email is monitored Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00 CET / CEST (Monaco time). Public holidays in Monaco extend response times by the equivalent number of business days. Security and CSAM reports are handled outside business hours as best-effort.
Reporting illegal content (EU DSA Art. 16)
Under the EU Digital Services Act (Regulation 2022/2065, Art. 16), anyone may report illegal content hosted on VitaminDB. Use [email protected] and include the URL, the type of illegality, the legal basis, and any contact information you want us to use. We provide a confirmation, a decision with a statement of reasons under DSA Art. 17, and information about available remedies (out-of-court dispute settlement bodies, judicial review).
Out-of-court dispute resolution
EU consumers may also use the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are not currently certified by any specific ADR body.
Encrypted communication
For sensitive submissions (whistleblower reports, security disclosures, source protection), request a PGP public key by emailing [email protected] with subject “PGP key request”. The key fingerprint is also published in /.well-known/security.txt.

Whistleblower channel (EU Directive 2019/1937)
If you have reasonable grounds to believe VitaminDB or a member of staff is engaged in misconduct (editorial corruption, data-protection breach, fraud, anti-bribery violation, environmental violation, public health risk), you may report it to [email protected]. We respect the protection of whistleblowers under EU Directive 2019/1937 and equivalent national laws: confidentiality of your identity, prohibition of retaliation, and the right to use external channels of competent national authorities. We acknowledge every report within 7 days and follow up within 3 months.
