The Director of Publication, contactable at the email address above, is responsible for editorial content under §18 para. 2 of the German Medienstaatsvertrag (MStV) and Article 93-2 of the French Loi du 29 juillet 1881 on freedom of the press, where those rules apply by virtue of the audience.

EU representative (GDPR Art. 27)

Because Monaco is not in the EU, an EU representative under Article 27 GDPR is designated where the conditions of Article 27 are met. Pending or alongside such designation, EU data subjects may address all GDPR matters directly to the Monaco operator (data controller) at [email protected], which remains the single point of contact for data-protection matters.

EU Digital Services Act legal representative (Art. 13)

Where Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 (DSA) requires it, a legal representative in the EU is designated. Our single contact point under DSA Articles 11–12 for users and authorities is: [email protected] — English, French, German, and Portuguese accepted.

VAT and intra-EU sales

Although Monaco is outside the EU customs territory, it is part of the EU VAT area under special arrangement (Article 6 of Council Directive 2006/112/EC). Monaco entities use the French VAT system. Where applicable, supplies to EU business customers are invoiced under the reverse-charge mechanism.

Application hosted by Contabo GmbH, Aschauer Str. 32a, 81549 München, Germany. Edge proxying, DNS, and DDoS protection by Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend Street, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA, under EU Standard Contractual Clauses (2021/914) and the EU-US Data Privacy Framework certification where applicable.

Under Articles 11–13 of Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 (DSA), our single contact point for authorities and users is [email protected]. We currently qualify as a hosting service, not a very-large online platform. We are not obliged to publish DSA Art. 24 transparency reports at our user-base size; we do so voluntarily on /transparency.
